-傳統哲學上也對於如何獲得知識做出了一個論證，
經典的範例如：你是否可能獲得一個真實的知識(事實)呢？
至少要有三步驟，而這三者缺一不可。
(1)首先，你必須相信「它」；
(2)這個被相信的「它」，也要為真確的事；
(3)最後，你對於「它」的這個信念，也要是可以被證明的。

Traditional Tripartite Analysis of Knowledge
For any person S and any state of affairs (or proposition) P, S knows that P if and only if 
(1) S believes that P. (Acceptance Condition) 
(2) P is true. (Truth Condition) 
(3) S’s belief that P is rationally justified. (Justification Condition)
